Sigil of Force or Accuracy
It honestly depends on a lot of things. Are you using traits that proc on critical hit? Do you have a large amount of Critical Damage?
As a general rule, Force will give a more consistent damage increase.
Think of it this way, in 100 hits, you will crit ~5 more times with Accuracy, but you will get a 5% damage flat increase with force. With Fury up, you’ll surpass 70% crit rate, which means you’ll be critting fairly consistently. The next step is to do the math based on your Critical damage.
Pasted from the wiki:
Expected damage = Base damage * (1 + (0.50 + (Critical damage / 100)) * Critical chance)

Superior sigil of air is the best single target dps boost for your build. It gives more than +5% damage increase if you have a decent crit rate, power and attack speed. Its basically 1k-1.5k extra damage every 5-6 seconds.
If you have a 52% crit rate currently I would go for a rune that gives you “% chance to proc on critical hit” type of sigil.
That way you get a consistent secondary effect from your weapon due to your high critical rate.

Force gives you more dps because that +5% also stacks with your crit damage. Use fury buffs for crit chance. I agree with fish, Superior Sigil of Air is pretty strong. However, I use the Superior Sigil of Ice on my longbow. It’s more for PvP than PvE, but it helps in PvE as well. It really doesn’t matter all that much in PvE.
Personally if you are looking for damage numbers, % damage modifiers such as +5% damage really isn’t anything at all. It is just 5 damage per 100 damage you deal, which in your case seems to be an extra 25 (50 on crits). If you have decent crit chance Sup. Sigil of Strength has like a 60?% chance to give might for 8sec? on critical. Pair it with those runes that increase might duration and such, you can get some even higher damage numbers out.

Sigil of Air is the best for you crit chance.
Go Sigil of Fire for pvp which does only about 70 less damage but has small AoE burst on target.
