I’m not sure if it’s actually giving me 25 and it’s only a description error. On the tool-tip it says 25% but on my actually screen above my utilities it says it’s giving me 10%.

I think it applies 25% but on the buff it says 10%, the increase doesn’t look anything like 10%.

and since every class basically got the same buff to it’s signet or speed passive and they made thiefs even faster, it’s not really an improvement, especially when you consider that dodges will make you miss even more now…

10-25% is an improvement however you look at it. Unless you think running slower is better.
