I’ve been playing lately and I’ve noticed a few problems – Some may just be my inexperience, so I’m hoping they can be cleared up here

Signet of the Hunt – Specifies a 25% increased movement speed for you AND your pet whilst passive, however it actually only grants you 10%???

F3/Return to me! – Pet doesn’t always obey the command, often just sitting there and taking in all the damage. On other occasions it will return, however if you then tell your pet to attack/F1, it will not co-operate until said foe is either killed or you flee from battle??

General attacks – lately I’ve been using a longbow; when using skills such as barrage and rapid fire, for some annoying reason my character will do the animation to their full extent, however the attacks themselves only last for about 1 second (So If I use rapid fire, for the full duration I’m sat spamming arrows; however only the arrows within the first second seem to do damage; the rest are animation bugs??)
Barrage – Same here. Does the animation however it doesn’t follow through with its entire attack as it should.

Has anybody had any of these problems? Or am I just an immense newbie :P?

Signet of the hunt give 25% movement bonus the buff icon tip is incorrect.

Your aim in gw2 is very much like a fps. If you are kiting in a circle for example you need to keep the target close to center of you view or your attacks like rapid fire will stop. Also if you are button smashing and hit another attack it will do the other attack and stop the rapid fire or barrage.

Barrage is a channeling skill you need to stay still for the full duration of the skill or it will stop.

I do stay still during barrage, I don’t attempt to move unless I purposely intend to break it (Lightning reflex out of an AoE perhaps),
I always maintain the centre of the view thing, which is why I am confused as to why my rapid fire isn’t working correctly :S

If possible, can you post a short video of rapid fire?
