Spirits BUG?

I heard from a guildie that currently spirts are bugged and they prioritize clones, phantasms and other npc pets when they apply their buffs, can anyone confirm this?

you’ll be fine as long as you don’t go near mesmers or Minon necros xd.
it needs a fix though.

Also the water spirits passive doesn’t scale with healing power, which is dumb as hell =/
