So if two spirit rangers run frost spirit do the damage buffs double up?

No they do not double but if one is traited for the spirit to do more damage while the other person is not traited than they stack.

I think that is what was happening. But I just kinda hate how people stack FOTM builds :/

But yes, one will need to be traited with Vigorous Spirits and the other will need to be untraited.

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not. It could be a bug if the buffs you get aren’t intended to be different, but I’m not sure. I also don’t really think that it’s worth taking a second Frost Spirit just for the extra 35% chance.

A team we faced had them stacked and any time those two rangers were in a team fight against us our entire team was almost insta downed and we are all pretty tanky. Definitely not glass. I mean one spirit ranger is fine but if they are stacking like that it seems the buffs are stacking especially the two frost spirits… Couple that with already extremely powerful classes and its GG no need for a legit bunker. :/

It’s more like a 7% damage boost to the whole party. It’s pretty big. Combine that with Spotter and Ranger is a huge plus to a group, providing they can actually play the class well.

When its giving the buff to a zerk thief or the rangers hard hitting pet yah its alot and add in that these guys were packing the traited and untraited spirits the thief was pulling off 11k backstabs.

No it’s not supposed to work like that. If that really happened, it’s a bug.
