after using staff 3 skill and weapon swapping, you are put in combat and you are put on weapon swap cooldown. Pretty sure this isnt suppose to happen … anyone else notice this?
I had some oddities being trapped in combat while no where near combat yes.
Confirmed behavior for me. If you get some details on the conditions surrounding it post it on the HoT bugs thread.
