your idea already is a trait on nature magic.
Could be worth looking into moving that part of Instinctual Reaction to the Druid traitline, then fill in that stat gain in IR with something else, possibly something that isn’t a free stat gain.

simply, as he said, this trait already exists in nature magic
The idea of skills’ damage scaling with a stat other than power is interesting, don’t think they’ll do it though. It’ll mess up the system. They’ll probably just give everything a decent base damage.
