Does the active effect of storms spirit inflicts a 6sec daze on foes?
And if not, how many sec?

I’m not 100% on this, but I’m pretty sure it acts like your pet applying the CC, so it gets no added duration or proc of MoC, but I can check for sure in a bit.

I’m leaning towards what Durzilla said since MoC specifically states “…by you…” in the description. It does not apply to other entities like Spirits. I don’t think Anet would allow Rangers to have a 6s AoE Daze on 20s when traited, that would be almost too good.

If they did allow MoC to apply to Storm Spirit, I would expect Anet to nerf the Daze duration to compensate.

Spirits are independent of the ranger with their own stats. This is why the storm spirit could hit (way back when) for 3k per activation despite the ranger only having like 1k power.
