Suggestions for LB/SB sigils?
If you have highcrit chance, which I am guessing you do, Sigil of Fire is a lot of fun with SB. Get an AoE 1100 damage every 6 seconds or so (it has a 5 sec internal cooldown, so with 50+ crit chance you should be doing it every 6 seconds or so).

Currently I use 2 sigils of battle so I can stack might and fury on both toon and pet when I swap. However, this requires the trait that transfers boons onto pets as well …
When I ran a 30/30/x/x/x full zerker ranger, I used a sigil of perception in my LB (stacks precision) and a sigil of force in my SB. With a full stack, I had 60-70% crit chance.
Never fancied sigils that processed off crits. Between the chance of triggering and the internal cooldowns, they seemed too unreliable to me.
Sigil of Fire goes well on everything. 5 second cooldown. If your crit is somewhere like 45% then you’ll see a lot of flames. The Area of Effect is quite large as well.
I find it more reliable than the popular alternative, Bloodlust.
Sigils of Energy, screw RNG and get an automatic 50% Endo fill on weapon swap. Add in WS Endo Trait and any amount of vigor and you can Dodge, Dodge, Swap, Dodge, Dodge.
4 seconds of damage evasion and 8 seconds of protection. Great bridge to your next heal, if you run a regen build it allows for 5 seconds of unanswered regeneration while you do the dodges on top of what I have already said.

Get two bows and use both!
But I agree with this. If you have above a 40% crit chance and high power (the damage from the blast stacks with power) the fire/air sigils are your best bet. Force is more for low crit builds (yet I wouldn’t ever use it on those builds). Energy is very strong on just about every build, so it is always a safe bet if you weapon swap constantly (and you should!). Know that you should always have a stacking sigil on a separate weapon as the stacks don’t go away until map swap, down, or d/c.

Sigil of Rage is highly underrated, and much needed since the Ranger has weak burst damage. The downsides are a 45 second recharge, and that you need a high critical chance. But don’t dismiss it before you try it. It’s cheap as well.

I use generosity on the shortbow and fire on long.
I also run the LB/SB combo (with a sword&horn for added group swiftness for long runs). Currently I run Perception/Flame but have been wondering if a Perception/Bloodlust combo would work? Do you get stacks of both and if you do is the resulting 250 power even worth it? I run a full glass cannon build so my crit with full perception stacks hits 71% crit which is noticeable difference but is the power as noticeable?
