I made this build for PvP. I was wondering if there is a way to keep this build mostly the same but with more survivibility?

Wow. You are running 4 traps, but you’re not running Trapper’s Expertise trait in Skirmishing?

You should be.

Also, use trapper runes instead of Undead which will give you stealth and superspeed. Should help your survivability a lot.

I would change the build a lot but since you want to keep it mostly intact consider using your pets more defensively. Keep them on passive. Consider taking the Junvenile Pig for the heals, the Siamoth for the inviz/plasma or the Fern Hound for the extra regen.

I’m joining to @Royale.5863 tips regarding Trapper’s Expertise and trapper runes.
But also… :
TRAITS:
use QD over LOYF – it will make you able to use your weapon defensive skiils(dagger 4, sword 3) more often if needed. Change WK to EB or change HS to TU, both options will increase survivibility.

Gear:
Try to use rabid over carrion – depensds on meta(condi vs power) but with the chnages mentioned, your condi removal should be good enough.
Take geomancy and hydromancy as sigils, it will be good for both offence and defence.

I would also Ditch MM as it does nothing for your build for different trait line, but that would change the build altogether so just somthing to think about.

You can’t blow all your utility on traps and expect to live once you reach a medium level of competition, that’s what you’re talking about when you ask for more survivability. You must take a stun break or invuln, or even both. Your weapons plus 1 or 2 traps are enough damage, but a single daze and you’re going to instantly die.

You could also drop MM for druid and get some more options, although as Lugh said that changes the build a lot. I would personally change the build a lot anyway though. :P

I have to agree regarding running 3 traps in sPvP. I’ve been a Trapper since day one, but even I only run 2 in PvP. This is the build I run currently – Enderz I don’t know how you manage with only 14kHP man – and I have no difficulty in high-level sPvP.

I personally advise against the user of Trapper runes in conquest mode – if you are contesting a point, use of any trap, including the heal, will cause you to no longer contest…leaving you either kitten in such a fight, or losing the point. Krait adds Torment, Poison and more Bleeding to Entangle, which is MUCH easier to actually land since the Knockdown was added to Spike Trap. It’s on a short 60s timer, that can be traited even lower to 48 seconds, if you give up Poison Master in favor of Wilderness Knowledge, with the added bonus of more condition removal.

I had fun with the build when I faced druids, I loved seeing them. The amount of damage I put out on that build, they can’t keep up with.

Health-15922. I have a druid trapper build too. I believe I dropped poison trap for the druid poison glyph and wilderness survival for Druid Traits. Gave me a blind with the same dmg from trap.

Trap Runes are nice too. Super speed ftw.

And I did the whole krait thing. I felt Trap runes were much better for survivability.

Compared to what I run now though, I love my druid I don’t know if Id ever go back to trapper.
