Guild Wars 2

Noticing this right now in WvW. Need others to verify. Traited GS cooldown for swoop is 9ish seconds, untraited 12. When I use swoop in wvw. It immediately shows 9s at the start of the cooldown but suddenly jumps up from 9s to 11s then counts down from there and acts like an untraited 12s cooldown. None of the other GS abilities seem to be affected, just swoop. Anyone else verify?

Its bugged. Had hope for double swoop but nope, cd from 4 reset back to 11.
