Do i have to wait to be the same level as the pet i want to tame or can i tame any level pet in the game,as long as it has juvenile in its name?.

I don’t think so but you may have trouble getting to the pet in a much higher level area.

Any level. I just tamed a juvenile pet probably 12 levels above me. Just be careful to stay on roads and not engage anything around. You will get 2-shotted (i did).

Most of the pets can be found in lower-level areas. You need to explore all the various races starter cities and map areas level 1-15 and 15-30.

I have found 35 pets all in areas not higher than level 40
