This is the full build i used, it includes all the Weapon/Armor/Jewelry/Spec/Food/Sigils/Runes
I find the build to be better for small manning the 1v1 or 1vsX, It lacks a good safety ability like Signet of the Stone (which I would go from 30/30/5/0/5 to 30/20/20/0/0 and drop Techno for Signet of the Stone)
However if you run with a Group, this build can be a pain in the kitten for people as Technobabble is a 4 Second Daze…. and you have 2 more + pets you can use as well. Meaning you can Chain CC someone to death.
Think of it like a Fear Build from Necros, but instead Rangers with Daze.

Would like to see a bit more vitality and at least 3k armour, could probably drop the crit dmg/chance a bit for this.

Why do something everyone can copy? Racials are used way too rarely anyway.
The only crime, turrets committed, is being good against the celestial meta.
The mob has spoken and the turrets shall be burnt at the stake.

I wasn’t criticising, just stating it as more of an annoyance because I do not have access to the skill on my Ranger.
You could optimize the crit damage aspect of your build by mixing and matching gear types, but other than that, very solid build. Very similar to what I used to run before the quickness nerf (forced these damage builds to take more defense).
Onto the crit optimization, glove, boots, and shoulderpads only cost 12 stat point per 1% crit damage when compared to rings, ad exotic backpieces which cost 16 points.
Great to see some players being creative, well done. Though I find it a bit odd that the asura racials IMO are more powerfull than the other racials. Same goes with Pain Inverter which used to be kinda OP in a BM condi build before the Confusion nerf. As a human ranger I guess I’ll have to stick with LR.
Sylvari Rangers actually have an incredibly powerful ability for Greatsword Maul Rangers
In fact if you’re going to make a Greatsword high crit build, I recommend choosing Sylvari just for Grasping Vines, It doesn’t do damage, which is important, because its a root that lets you lineup Maul on the Target, and it won’t waste the 50% damage bonus of Signet of the Hunt like Entangle Will.
Humans can use Hounds of Balthazarr for some extra burst.

I mostly did my armor that way cause I could buy it all with Karma and didn’t have to spend much gold if any

If you want to just run a Greatsword Maul build.
Do 30/20/20/0/0 and swap Technobabble for Signet of the Stone, everything else can stay the same.
Its a fairly good damage build, I mean its no BM bunker in 1v1, But you’re good in zerg fights and small manning while being able to hold your own in 1v1.

Most of them range from meh to absolutely terrible. Technobabble and Pain Inverter ( before the confusion nerf ), the Sylvari root thingy are/were good, but that’s pretty much about it.
i just expect good things to get nerfed lol
