I would like to thank GW2 for two things. The first is helping to wean me off WOW by introducing an mmo with great graphics and a unique playstyle which helped to revive my enjoyment of mmo’s in general. My main t/o this game was a ranger with a warrior as an alt. . Both are at lvl 80 in full exotics and world map comp. and 400 in crafting. I’m part of a great guild and spend 90% of my game in WVW and spvp. Never big fan of dungeons in WOW or GW2 so can’t really comment.
Lately though my warrior was becoming my main due to the current frustrations with ranger, most noteably the broken pets mechanic. As any ranger playing WVW will agree with, the ranger pet is an extremely broken aspect of WVW. I realize some of you out there will disagree and indicate that your pet never dies……..but I’ve yet to have my pet survive a zegball for more than 3-5 secs. As a result my pet stays on avoid combat and is used for the buff it provides despite losing a good portion of my damage and the kittening thing still screws up at times!!!!!
So now I mostly run my shout warrior in WVW which is okay but much prefer my ranger. The game has become very dull and boring which leads me to my second thank you to GW2. You have now successfully weaned me off mmo’s in general. I’ve tried taking several breaks with no improvement and the lastest patch pretty well did it for me.

Maybe one day I will become bored enough as well T_T
