The return of BeastMasters?
I’m not sure. For beastmasters to be a big thing, you’d need a pet which can reliably hit its target. I don’t think the update fixed that.
Pet F2 skill responsiveness was the big improvement, which will be useful for all types of builds. My longbow ranger is enjoying the company of the Red Moa a bit more now for example. Pet switch (F4) followed by F2 works now.
Pets landing attacks was never an issue if your build was designed around the pet, and if it was your build sucked, plain and simple.
This new change has made my pet so reliable it’s actually throwing my game off because things are happening when i’m telling the pet to do them instead of the 10s later that i’m predicting them to lol.
PS: Zephyrs Speed has become amazing overnight.

but durrz, Invigorating bond is just a million times better then ZS now… how can you advocate such a “old” skill :P

lol because my build is a support build and Mercy Runes + Healers Celerity + Zephyrs Speed = the most broken thing ever in sPvP, being able to use ZS for offense too is quite nice…
Essentially ZS has a lot more synergy with my build than Invigorating Bond, which is a sexy as kitten trait i might add.

I feel like much more a threat now on my bm.
Still not great in a team fight, slow as well but the pet does significant damage again.
So maybe a good back point bunker
