I’m assuming you mean Unload and it was in the last balance patch where they “Increased damage per shot by 26%”
Because thieves didn’t haven enough 5 digit burst options.
Far more damaging then the ‘If you get 50 guardians to follow you around you can get perma quickness through WHAO alone!!1’ and I bet it never gets nerfed.
Anyone who complains about P/P being overpowered, even by indirect inference like that, has clearly never played Thieves, been in a party with Thieves, or so much as seen a Thief at the zoo.
By far the weakest weapon set on the class, probably one of the weakest weapon sets in all of GW2. PvP folks really ought to at least make some token attempt to remember that the game does not begin and end in the Mists.

It’s OK, we will take thief p/p skills onto the ranger shortbow. P/p can have the ranger shortbow skills.

LOL @ super quick rushing to nerf-defence. Your last sentence is so incredibly cliche to hear from Thieves it’s not even funny anymore.
19k unloads are OP.
Tbh I find this really just as much NOT OP as smokescale where you use all your utility slots on high cooldown for the burst.
Both requires enemy targets with sloth reactions.
