Torment on Barrage
I think you’re confused. Ranger buffs and fixes only include things like new pet icons and underwater combat tuning. After 9 months you should know this already
Did they just ignored rangers again?
Prepare for a nerf to end all nerfs. Arena Net needs to get their heads out of the sky thinking their tPvP will take off and be the next best thing. They need to get the PvE basics right first and foremost.
Those developer state of the game videos with so called voices of the classes are a complete joke.
It’s going to stack in intensity and scale with condition damage. It’s just about the last thing I would want on the longbow.

This just made my day lol.
@Miflett;
I have been thinking along those lines for quite a while too.
Maybe its just because the whole S/TPvP thing just seems SO generic to me.. but I think that Anet has an amazing foundation to build on in GW2. It seems they are more interested in building staircases to nowhere though. Maybe its to confuse the ghosts (if anyone gets that reference ).
But yeah, as far as I know, rangers are not getting access to this condition. The classes that are getting access to a condition that hinders mobility are the ones that never had an issue with it in the first place.
I can see torment being a serious counter tactic to the evades a ranger has though.

NEVER FORGET
Hey no matter what we can still swim around with our sharks and jellyfish, ooooh yeah!
Necros got it for a couple reasons. They needed a buff, they are the “condition class”, and so a new condition like this one makes sense.
Thief and Mesmer get it becuase the sun shines out of their kitten as they are the golden professions of ANet and will automatically get any new shiny.
