Just had an idea which would be cool.
Trait: Applies a X second Chill (or cripple) when ever you stack more than Y bleeds. and have a Z second Cooldown.
X, Y and Z would be adjusted for balance. It would give the Sharpening Stone utility a whole new play as with various other skills and setups.
anyone want to improve this? or add other trait ideas?
