So just wanted to check, does the 30% buff mean that we now fire more arrows within a certain time frame? (higher DPS). Or does it simply mean that our arrow reaches our target quicker, hence, not actually increasing our DPS.

having our arrows hit our target before they can easily sidestep them will increase dps

Assuming all arrows hit pre and post patch, no dps increase
