The bitter sweet week in which Longbow was a viable weapon thanks for the accidentally buffed eagle eye trait which gave large amounts of fury.

using LB/GS 30/10/0/30/0 (still without eagly eye while it was bugged) and its pretty fun to play

It need too many preparations.

In tpvp you can’t do it.

Speaking about pve/www you need no buffs/nerfs

but they said that we are ok in pvp already.and our dmg is good…We have burst and stuff………………………….
I dont understand why everyone hates Rangers..Really everyone wants to be out of tournament picks.

I will admit, I didn’t expect the change to be that noticeable. But, man, even in PvE did I ever notice the difference.

Sorry! Only a small amount of footage it was a last min decision to make the vid last night! Also, people had been requesting instead of showing outnumbered low lvls to fight top tier players

Just to clarify, ranger without the bug has some awesome dps! The problem is, you need fury to keep it constant enough a) To keep up with condi dmg b) To sustain a kill against a bunker. To keep that fury constant you need to do 1 of two things, 1) Take warhorn, which wastes 2 slots mainly for fury and your forced into taking a sword which need to play more defensively so I can’t maintain dps and therefore can’t kill a tank without high risk. 2) Take a red moa which means you sacrifice CC from your pet and 20-30% of your damage, more importantly the pet makes sure some damage is being done even while your CC’d so things like signet warriors can’t get back too much hp.

tldr: As Anet have already mentioned ranger needs more fury which in turn opens up builds and means the power ranger can be more defensive and therefore viable in tPvP.

Kitten you all, you do kitten job with this game..Its been a year and Rangers still need Empathetic bond, still play kitten AI cond speccs and still cant rely on our pets….You have no idea what a class needs, you dont listen to what players need and you want this to go esports my kitten.Your game is slowly dying and more MMO will come out soon…
And we payed you for this kitten..

You are right about the pets. Only about the pets.

I find it telling that a bug that benefits us gets ‘fixed’ in less than two days, yet bugs that harm us, or stop traits from working, haven’t been addressed for over a year.

Very telling.
