I’ve only come across one build that beats this build in 1v1’s. It was a pure condi Staff Ele.

This build is almost unstoppable in duels when played correctly. Including winning against a condi Staff Ele. This is for duels only. Not tPvP.

Try them out. Let me know ideas on how to improve them.

I haven’t translated them into WvW yet. You’ll have to mix and match your gear to get the same stats for the Crusader build. As for the Trapper build, it’s really only meant for duels because of the low mobility.

I have a version if you want to try that I’m currently using in WvW. I can’t take credit for it since I’ve been pilfering the builds posted and using bits and pieces with my trap armor set.

I only use this in WvW – mostly solo or a group of 3 – 5 players. My play style is to stay at range, use traps to catch stealth/thieves, and CC the runners. Target assist then go into rapid fire and send eagle to fly free.

It isn’t great but gives you an idea assuming the URL / editor works.

Edit: I’m not good on the food buffs and get yelled at a lot because I forget it When I do remember I judge it off eBay’s WvW population. I run mango pie for healing, prickly pear pie and ghost pepper for fun, and when zergs are out – condition.

Haven’t played many hybrid builds. That’s what this is right?

How’s the survivability?

What are your thoughts on toughness? I Have seen many people say that even with really high lvl of toughness, it simply doesn’t matter and they are still getting hit VERY hard.

I’m interested in the melee build.

So going toughness + regen over vitality is working for you?

Most people seem to think that building like that still can’t survive the amount of burst out there ATM.

Also how is your regen uptime? You’re only getting it from oakheart right? Any need for hs?

Why exactly do you have most dangerous game? With quickdraw you will get double of what you want out of your current weapon set every 10 seconds. MDG is just plain bad. On a side note, I didn’t know GW2skills.net updated their calc, that’s really good news, into the mists is not my cup of tea.

GW2skills have updated, but have ALLOT of bugs atm.
For example – Traps cooldowns… spike trap 20sec CD? wtf?
