Dear Jon and the rest of the Anet Team

You must understand how we (rangers) feel about our profession. Only when you comprehend and share our feelings about rangers, then you can also understand the anger, disappointment and rage all rangers share now.

I LOVE playing as a ranger! I really CARE about the ranger! That’s why I also CRY when our rangers don’t get the attention and fixing that is so much needed. If people didn’t LOVE their ranger they surely wouldn’t bother CRYING for help. If we didn’t CARE about our ranger there wouldn’t be so many (constructive) posts in the forum. This is not just some random people complaining about minor bugs. This is the voice of truly dedicated and loyal fans and paying customers. Therefore, please do not take advantage of our LOVE with the ranger. Do not abuse our passion! Don’t let us down!
A lot of people say in anger and despair, that they will not play ranger anymore. I also have had those thoughts. But I know I will continue to play my ranger because I LOVE being a ranger. I just CARE too much about my ranger to dump him and roll a warrior.
I want to have faith in you, Jon / Anet. I know you guys are well aware of our issues and I know you will do your best to fix them. It just wouldn’t hurt if it was done a little faster though :-) I still LOVE this game and will always be a ranger! Just don’t abuse our LOVE and dedication.

Else it will be merged into the Nov. 15 patch feedback thread… does that thread still exist?

For the sake of something constructive: I’m not really sure what I think about my ranger (possibly because I fell down the stairs and got hit by a car in the last 24 so I’m a bit loopy from painkillers). I recently RP’d him into a coma but I love him so much I’ll be reviving him.

If I plan to use him for gameplay and not strictly RP, I will combine the two and claim his poor performance is the result of a disability brought on by medical malpractice. He is a complete reflection of my real life anyway – apart from his obsession with footwear… I play some stuff up.
