Where is the hoelbrak ranger profession trainer?

They probably dropped a mountain on him like they did with the ranger in pvp

You don’t use trainers any longer, so they got rid of them all.

so the elite skill such as the transformation to a bear wolf etc you do not have to learn the skill? also how do you respec your skills if there is no trainer?

Those transformations are racial skills (you’ll need to be at the required level to learn it; will also need enough shards). You can re-spec your traits from the hero screen (press H and there are a bunch of tabs on the left).

i do not see an option to respec?

Just click on the traits you want, click on the trait emblem at the left to change which trait lines you have.

You can’t reset skill points once you unlock a skill it remains unlocked. If you want other skills then you need to earn more skill points to unlock them.
