Which stats should I go for?(Pwr/Pre/Fer)

That’s a pretty complicated question. You can use the same berserker PvE gear, do a lot of damage, but be extremely fragile against (presumably) intelligent humans that know exactly how to kill you. You just have to figure out how you personally want to go about killing and staying alive. This may get you started:

You shouldn’t focus on a specific gear in WvW. You should focus on a build so that everything work together. For exemple, you could play Longbow with zerker gear, stay outside the zerg and kill every elementalist, necro and thief that support the ennemy zerg. Or you could use a mix of soldier and zerker so you can also join the fight in the zerg while using GS. Or you could use a condition trap Ranger to roam, etc. You can find complete build on different website or build your own.
In PvE, its simple. Go for the maximum of zerker without dying too much.

You should be full zerker or if you are really min/maxing, some assassins with the zerker. That is your primary set.
Secondary set should be rapid/dire or a combination of the two. You won’t need any other sets.
