How do i get white raven?

I have the old gw and all it expansions i have no idea how to do this i want my sexy pet lol

Assuming you have enough points for the raven, and your accounts are linked. http://hom.guildwars2.com/en/

You get an item upon char creation that is account bound that will take you to the old hall of monuments, you can charm it there.

[Update:] As of August 24th, you are now able to link freestanding Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 accounts via the Link Accounts tab in your Guild Wars 2 account page.
