In the Heart of the Mists PvP combat training area where you can spar with NPCs of different professions, there isn’t a ranger to spar with. Why not?

It’s a hint for Arena Net’s plans for removing Rangers from PvP content.

If the conspiracy theories are put aside > It’s because that NPC was quite bugged. My guess is that they felt like removing it was a better solution than trying to fix it.
