Why no Torment?
I know I was dumb founded that we haven’t gotten access to it through a pet, yet warriors got easy access to it on their sword…

They’d probably add it to our Spike Trap, and that’s all. I mean come on, YOU JUST GOT IMPALED BY SPIKES, OF COURSE YOU’RE GOING TO BE IN TORMENTED PAIN!

For me torment means Pain and fear. Both warrior and necros are known for this. Rangers not so much. I also think it kind of silly how both can fear you after. It’s Like having a Mesmer apply confusion and then have another skill that makes you attack through it.

Warriors can totally do pain (what part of a trap isn’t total agonizing pain?) and fear (I’d be more afraid of a bear than a guy with a big weapon any day). And mesmers don’t NEED to force you to attack they can just daze you for 3 seconds before hand then spike 18 confusion and be like “I dare you, try to recover!”

I figured since it was a brand new condition/twist on a mechanic that they wanted to introduce it slowly to see how it effects the game instead of just dumping it on everybody. Combine that with them not caring about Rangers and that is why we don’t have access to it.
If we ever do it will probably be through some pet F2 which will basically make it useless.
I’m good on pet torment if whe get pet fix

They might be able to place it on the F2 of either hawk or eagle as those are just re-
skins of the same pet.
Pets have been hidden due to rising Player complaints.
