Ok, something I’ve been wondering for a while, but never got around to ask, nor test really, but what the heck does the text in bold below actually mean?

Your pet inflicts weakness on their target(s) when executing a command [F2] ability.
(This effect will only occur once on each target affected by abilities.)
Endurance regeneration decreased by 50%. 50% of hits are Glancing Blows (50% damage). Stacks duration. Weakness (4s): -50% Endurance Regeneration, 50% Fumble (Unrestricted)

Probably a random text from developers who never gave Ranger enough thought to actually play one and see how other abilities work.

It might have been meant in a way that multi-hitting abilities (Cats, Birds, Drakes,…) will only trigger weakness once. However, weakness is applied individually at the beginning of the cast (if they haven’t changed it or I’m not mistaken).

So you don’t really have to pay attention to it. Every single “on F2 cast” trait works this way even though only Wilting Strike has the description.

“Observe, learn and counter.”

It’s has a sense. Marsh/River Drake F2 for example. It can bounce back to your target but it won’t trigger it again

Unlike GftE and BW, the weakness from Wilting Strike is applied when the target(s) get hit by the F2 ability, not at the start of the cast. I guess the text means, that multi-hit skills like F2 from birds or drakes will only apply weakness once per target to prevent the stacking of long duration weakness from skills like lightning breath. It can be applied to multiple targets though.

It actualy now says alot. Some pets F2 wont work with this trait ATM as they don’t dirctly affect anyone(even if in radius). All the new HOT pets wont activate this trait the pgis F2 wont activate this tarit(fern and moas do activate this trait, 90% sure) Kinda buggy/silly actually.
