Anet isn’t fixing a thing in Ranger, this just adds to the many skills that do not work as intended or don’t work at all in WvW.
Since you are clearly not aware, allow me to explain the joke.
“Soon” with the trademark symbol is a jibe at ANet for taking longer than expected to do things or never doing them and never supplying a timeframe for fixes or releases. The trademark symbol implies that it is their standard operating procedure and therefore endemic.
The sarcasm was lost on me because, dear Heimskarl Ashfiend, I can’t READ the TM symbol on my screen at all.

I said “aware”, not “awake”. Informing someone they are not “aware” of something is not an accusation. Sorry, but just because you don’t get the joke, doesn’t mean everytime someone makes one, they should explain it’s background for you. Even though I took the time to do so.
