I think my idea on it would probably make it rangers best heal lol, it might be too strong. I won’t derail your idea by putting mine here though, I’ll do it somewhere else.

Sounds good for a pvp situation. Won’t make me use it in PVE.
The condi removal is for an ally in the line of the projectile’s fire. Not the player firing the projectile.
Removing the ICD and changing it to heal on crit (at half the heal maybe?) would make it worth bringing.
Ok, then how about a trait that allows you a percentage chance to clean 1 condition to yourself on a critical bow (short or long) strike?

Instead, they could flat out reduce the passive healing to 600, does not scale with healing power or medic bonus. 33% chance of proc regardless of traits and 2second ICD to make it in line with other proc on attack/crit heals.

reducing the cast time of aqua surge would make it better.

The main problem I think is the incredibly long ICD for a very small heal. On my Ranger it’s 815. So that’s 81 HPS. Combined with the active it’s about 237 HPS. Which is kind of meh especially since it can be killed.
I say increase the passive to 1500. Leave the ICD. Improve the base heal to 4500 and cleanse a condition on you and nearby allies when activated. Maybe it could be useful then

Adding a shorter ICD would open it to all modes instead of limiting it to PvE and the “crazy zerker” people because right now it’s useful no where. It also should be kept to work with Vigorous Spirits… that just goes without saying.

I wouldn’t mind zero cooldown and just make the heal per trigger a lot smaller.
The one thing that makes me not use Water Spirit is the strange anomaly of having to use a 1s cast skill after the spirit is spawned. It’s not consistent with all the other spirits that just simply require a hit of a button to activate. It’s simply far too cumbersome to have to activate the skill every 25s, where half the time the spirit will never actually process Aqua Surge. Not to mention, the 3700~ base heal is incredibly lackluster.
Way too high maintenance at the moment.
The ICD is too long- every 5 secs or less would be better, also it would be good if it cleansed conditions in some way because ranger has limited condition cleanse options atm.
