Guild Wars 2

I’m at the end of my rope, fellow rangers! I’m far to indecisive. I wanted to get the thoughts of the community. Anyone got any ideas for a WvW Ranger build? I just finished making my fully ascended berserker gear and Zojja’s Longbow so I can’t really deviate away from that, or I’d prefer not to. Anyone have any ideas on what traits/slot skills to run?

you can run a LTW quickness build 6/0/6/0/6 with Brutish seals, 2 signets, QZ, SotP and TU. you can self-buff to 14 might stacks and just snipe people from 1500. id use Valkyrie armor though, just so you have a bit of extra hp.

Someone told me something about using LB/Axe+WH for WvW. I couldn’t really figure out a build or how to use it. Thoughts?

my thoughts are that it’s a bad build and you should try the one I gave you. you will get 2-shot fighting at 900 range in zerker gear.

I don’t have a lot of experience with Axe or Warhorn at level 80, but I can’t stop singing the praises of Greatsword. It’s actually a really versatile weapon (Evade on AA Chain, Burst on a relatively short cooldown, a gap-closer/escape, a block/ranged cc, and a stun). Way more defensive, and that helps when a thief or medi guardian hops into melee range.
