Hello,

I’m looking at running my druid in WvW with my guild’s small 3-8 man group runs. LB and Staff for weapons. I would like some sustain but still need decent damage due to being a smaller group. Was thinking Maurader’s armor with durability runes but not sure. I’m also not 100% sure what traits would be optimal for this setup.

If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Focus in damage stats, pack some durability runes, problem solved + boon duration stuff.
Yeah LB+pet combo works great if u time well u can take almost target down alone.

1st April joke, when gw2 receives a “balance” update.

This is what you are looking for. The video guide i’ve made it pretty complete in all aspects but if you rather read than watch there has a written guide on metabattle as well.
For havoc i’d suggest swap the greatsword for longbow since you’ll want to stay from max range damaging and healing.

By eggyokeo:

use Marauder (offensive), Wander (Defensive) or a mix between the two even a bit of cleric/Zealot if you want some healing power. Just customize it based on how comfortable you are
Durability Runes (earth runes until you get them)
use any mix of Staff, LB, GS, A-WH, SW-WH with fire, Blood or Air sigils
use Marks (if using LB), NM (not using LB), Druid, WS,
WHaO, LR, QZ or MT or somthing else, SoS, SotP
Bears, Drakes or spiders for pets
you need to have LR utility as immob/Stun is the main reason you will die but you don’t need Wilderness knowledge for it to work it just better if you do
LB with WS:“http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vNAQJATWjUqQLL2wCmsAXLW2DM43ae9vu0ECAntmCWPYIkxRe+KC-TVCFQBKU5Hm0EcRlgA4JAQgDBA72fQAXAg0oDQfq/QKAvGDA-w”
LB with NM:“http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vNAQJATWjUqQLL2wC+rAXLW2DM43ae9v6E8KCJvlmQA4slhvj8KC-TVCFQBsb/BBcBAUoyvLqEETaC0n6PA4JAQgDBQa0BQKAvGDA-w”

These builds are more focussed on zergs and power DPS, not condi. If you keep it approximately below 10 v 10 I think you could also mix in condi dmg which would give you a lot of more choices.
Still I think these builds would be good for your havoc group too
