Hey Guys,I am quite new to the ranger and I am wondering if there are any good
builds out there that output good damage and have good survivability.

Yes, put 30 in power trait line and choose active affects of signets also affect you. Use signet of stone and signet of the wild as well as protect me shout. Then you will have 12s of inv and stability option. the Rest is up to you. Place 30 in toughness trait line for more 1v1 style fighting or 30 in precision trait line for more team style damage (you’ll get squished in most 1v1 fights).

for wvw zerg it is okay like the 30/x/30 signet way but for pve it´s to much waste of trait points

i use a 30 30 0 10 0 build with zerker amulet and ranger runes with signet of the wild and stone. i use longbow for maximum range dps and i use quickening zephyr on my shortbow auto attack for burst damage.
