Guild Wars 2

Well, an easy question, I think. But I need your experience and math skills to know which trait fits me better.

Consider that:
- I use dual wolves for roaming (they seem to be a bit more reliable hitting enemies than our other pets) and spiders/devourers for zerging (which I rarely do).
- I’m not a BM bunker, neither a zerker ranger.
- I have less than 600 Condition Damage.
- I have 50% critical chance (70% with fury).
- I use Shortbow/Greatsword and Quickening Zephyr.

If you are not zerging I’d probably go Companion’s Might. Go as much power – prec – crit as you are comfortable with and let the might stacks work as a band aid to the pet damage nerf. I’d also run longbow and try and maintain range. You will need it. I’ve actually run into a great many zerker longbow rangers, it seems to be the new meta. So enjoy it until next month when they add an internal cool down to CM.

Companion’s might easily, you have high crit wich means it will be a permanent dps buff on your pet versus one that only triggers when you get your target below 50% health and then only every 45 seconds ontop of this you don’t even have very strong bleeds in the first place.

That’s keen edge, not sharpened edges.

Companion’s might by far. One barrage could stack 15 to 16 stack of might on a group. And it’s dead easy to spam SB1 to max stack.

Sharpened edge is one stack of bleed for 1 sec which is LOL. Under no circumstance should that trait be taken.

keen edge applies sharpening stone at 50% health, which bleeds for 6s. it’s very nice if you’re using a condi build.
