As true as Odin’s spear flies,
There is nowhere to hide.
i usually play my ranger in wvw and i was browsing skills(and traits) for a way to get rid of conditions with an active skills. turns out we don’t have much do we?
pop healing spring and stand on it for a few seconds; it usually works for me but i guess you really cant do anything if they put loads of conditions on you.

i honestly don’t like healing spring that much. more often than not a healing spike is needed over regen.
rangers atm have the most condition removal in game I think…
this is the build if u never want to see another condition ever again:

heck, u can even slot healing spring if u want, I just didn’t cuz it ties u down to one spot to actually get the condi clear, haha, u can even take any of the other two elites, both of them cleanse condis haha, but stability is more useful to me, and u already have a ton of condi clear with this build
this is basically like 20 condi clears every 20 seconds lol (or 1 condi every second… LOL), give or take
it also heals for a good amount… 7.6k heal every 20 seconds as well as 1 condi clear, or u could slot troll unguent as well…
lmao, even jumping off a cliff cleanses condi and gives fury… xD

I use signet of renewal and healing spring. Healing spring is great if you can lock your opponent down in it and melee them while they are trying to put conditions on you. If you have to use signet of renewal pay attention to where your pet is, it’s usually a good idea to swap pets right before you activate it to make sure they are in range.

you’re right, excluding the fact it’s a grandmaster trait. i’m running it right now.
Was tempted to move from Trap ranger to trait into survival skills that remove condi for each survival skill being used (in addition to Emphatic Bond)… but in the end it just didn’t suit my style of play.
You’d probably want to kitten (wow! they censor the word uh-cess?) the fight before you jump in, I think you’d like to swap out a utility slot for Signet of Renewal sometimes (I’d have it if I see a fully stacked Condi Necro/Engi). I prefer healing spring so that works for me (I heal by sword 2 backwards, blast finish warhorn, leap finish sword 2, kite/dodge if needed abit in the Healing Spring for some more regen…) Then if I don’t feel comfortable I eat a -condi duration food in the middle of battle…
TBH, I feel when you improve condi removal management, you’d feel comfortable with what we Rangers already have (which I don’t think is as good as other classes). Example, some people panic when they get overloaded with all type of different condi and instantly use everything they have… the first thing people have to look at is the type that will be removed. If I see “cover” condi that will go away in 1 or 2 seconds, I will wait them out, then start using condi cleanses once I see that I could start removing the ones that kill you…(burn/bleeds etc) Although this is situational..I’d activate Signet of Renewal when I get Signet of Spite bursts by Necros. As for P/D thieves, get used to their rotation (watch how much HP they have before they stealth too, they sometimes like to milk the regen in stealth) so you know just about when to dodge the Sneak Attack… nothing much I can add unless you ask more specific things… Hope this ranger to ranger advice helps abit!
