as title say .. all ranger skills that break stun but they dont break immobilize ???.. its a bug or intended game mechanics made by anet ?
tried lightning reflexes and signet of reneval none working ..

Nope, Anet was dumb enough to make immobilize completely destroy the ranger… Worst part is I’m not even joking…

He’s right. If you can’t spam evade while immob you’re pretty much kittened.

Immobilize is a condition, not a “stun” effect, therefore stun breaks should not (and do not) work. Condition removal effects, however, do. Granted, Rangers don’t have the widest array of condition removal, but they have options. The best, of course, is the healing spring.

Signet of Renewal should work if your pet is in range, since it would pull the immobilize to itself.

You’re essentially saying “we have a 30s CD healing skill you can use to remove immobilizes.” Which is just stupid, we should not have to blow our heal to have the CHANCE of getting out of the immob (god help you if there’s multiple condis on you), our other condi removal options? A bear pets F2 skill (good luck getting that to go off in time), 2 passive condi removals that go off every 10s, and then activating our signet to pull all the condis onto the pet.

I mean I GUESS you could use our spirit elite, but by the time that thing goes off you may as well just be using it to Rez your kitten .

I would argue using the Bear is a MUCH better immob cleanser than healing spring, it’s better to use the heal for the heal.

well healing spring is good for heal but it has very long cd and unless you have a lot points in healing its useless in most of combat situations when you cant use blast finisher…. when I see how other classes can easy get of our entangle without even destroying them it makes me sad how much anet hates ranger …I tried to use entangle on warrior it dont even slowed him down him ..

working as intended, rangers should not be able to brake inmobilize is not realistic.. and someone needs to die to justify the existence of inmobilize because all other clases can get out, clean, blink and brake…well we can clean with the bear ( I know lol ), and the signet. and a grand master trait every 10s unless it decides to remove another condition.

immobilize is a condition, stun-breaks shouldn’t do anything to it, that’s fine, it’s the hard counter to stability.

Complaining about immobilize is the wrong way to go, if you want to complain about something, complain about the timed condition clear we have.

Oh and if you have sword/dagger on you have 3 evades that you can use while immobilized, so there’s always that.

Yeah but if you DONT have sword/dagger you’re just boned, and teleports are very good vs immob because by the time they get to you the immob is off and thus their burst won’t be undodgeable anymore.

Signet of renewal works if you are within range of you pet. Can still use all our weapon dodges while immobilized too.
