You get the Ferocity in your OH axe, but to activate the trait you need to have axe in MH.
Like, if you have MH axe + warhorn, the warhorn will get the bonus ferocity.
But yeah, that trait is very iffy. Your trait change suggestion would be really good.

Ye I didnt mean the ferocity is only applied to MH axe :P wrong typibg I guess. But ut just feels really useless while it could have great potential when its changed
if its +100 for each equiped, that means you can use sword/axe and get +100 derocity, then that would be very useful (and probably should give 20% cooldown reduction on axe skills)

The 1 skill stacks might in AoE situations, the 4 and 5 skills both do a hefty amount of damage as well. The 3 skill makes it easy to stay just out of melee range of people and what attacks they do land are effectively neutered, and the 2 skill…. well… i mean, bleeds still sorta hurt in power builds…

PvP is where I like to use it as an AoE weapon, normally take LB + Axe/Axe, it’s extremely offensive, but it does wonders in team fights.

So I guess you could call that power.
But I found the torch and warhorn offhands way more valuable. Torch is a no-brainer.
For axe oh of course PoS hits hard but it is difficult to land. WD is useful against rangers but the CD is so long that they will rapid fire you again before you can use it.
At least warhorn has the AOE heal. Has saved my bacon many times.

I don’t really have a problem getting PoS to land, and it’s a nice bonus interrupt in melee. WD has its merits as well. Typically I run LB and sw+axe, although will routinely swap between OH torch, dagger and wh (love the blasts from WH 5, the burning from torch, the long evade on dagger + cripple). Your build doesn’t really work for my play style, though, which is highly focused on support from LB and heavy evasion-based melee.
i run axe/axe and greatsword in wvw and it works out pretty well.
