Just wonder, I met a ranger in sPvp can stealth 4-5 times in a combat. what skill it is?

every 12secs or 8 if traited , this is a Standard if they are using a longbow.

with pets and runes + traits

2 out of 3 chance every 40secs for a stealth .
traited http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Hide_in_Plain_Sight once every 30secs

so at any cycle it can be upto 3 times in a row if the situations are meet, like knockbacks ect,

but as a standard its once every 12secs then again if you knock him down .

every stealth lasts 3secs .

but as soon as a rangers Stealth Resouces are all used up his got a medium to long cooldown on 2/3rds of these skills, then his only means of stealth is the Standard Hunters shot that can be Dodged/blocked/evaded.
