I don’t think it’s a bug. I think it’s intentional. They said they were going to buff DPS of the LB. Mission accomplished.

Eagle Eye has had many unexpected bugs in the past. It’s not coded as straight-forward as the tooltip is trying to make us believe. They may have to spend quite a bit of extra time to fix it.
LOL @ all the people hoping it doesn’t get fixed. If you want this bug to stay, I guess you’re OK with all of our other bugs remaining too.
Bigger LOL @ the people deluding themselves into thinking its not even a bug. Yah, I’m sure they’re going to give the intended Greatsword buff a 10-second cooldown and then add a LB version with no cooldown at all.
The funny thing is, I’m sure that even with the bug that LB does not outperform other classes that have comparable weapons.

You know that the pets still exist, right? So it is obvious they are ok with leaving bugs in the game with no intention or ability to fix them.
