okay ive seen lots of rangers do this but i cant find it for myself and would like to know how to get it. in game i have seen rangers take their pets form i would realy like to know what it is so i can do that as well please help me

Sorry to burst your bubble but, you cannot do that. You may be seeing Norn rangers using one of the Norn racial elite skills that allow you to take on the form of an animal.

no these were non norn players and they were cretures not were forms

Were they using tonics? That could be the case or they could be using costume consumables or missions. Otherwise it was the norn elite but you said they weren’t so I assume it’s tonics.
