is it iligal to use thief hood lv1 transmuted to ranger helmet ?
some ppl say yes some ppl say no , so is it or not

You can use whatever skins you want, they lied.

honestly i don’t see a reason not to. it looks like the order’s hood so unless you are somehow putting it on a warrior its still the same armor.

now if they add a hood to the cash shop…THEN there might be a problem.

I did this w/the Engineer goggles and the “ninja” mask too.

If it was illegal, they’d have done something by now. I have a set of engineer goggles, patch, thief hood and thief mask in my bank for new characters. Currently using the engineer single eye patch on my thief.

I believe it’s made legal now. I just did another transmutation for my elem’s storm eye, and the item info (after transmutation) shows “Accountbound” instead of the old fake “Soulbound”.

would be great if someone from ArenaNet confirm this just in case,i just do not wanna be banned
