Right now it doesn’t work very well, if you try to cleanse with a glyph you have to stay on the spot for about a second to get it to work. by then you’re either steamrolled or have left the AOE.
If you try to use it in celestial form you have to put it in front of you or predict where you allies are going.

Remeber now its also light field for the blooming duration(and also blind). Light field+projactile = condi remove. This got very good potential for condi remove. Its very good.

What I personally dislike is the mediocre animation. All the celestial form skills have awesome effects but that exploding seed just looks odd and unfinished. Parts of it just stay in the air and then suddently vanish.

Fairly certain that projectiles only remove conditions if you are next to the target they hit. So not that reliable cleanse.

I didn’t take survival skills and glyphs with verdant etching to fire projectiles over light fields. my problem here is that it’s slow, i can’t use the glyphs to cleanse when i most need them. it’s fine when you’re in a 1v1 but you don’t have the time for standing around when there are more people around.
the skill/trait fails as a group cleanse when you are on the move.

To be honest I think that is how it is supposed to be. If you want on the run condi removal then there are survival skills which will always be viable (TU, LR, Entangle).

Glyph condi clear is for very sustained area control playstyle. If they were faster then they would be just as good as survival condi clear but also blinding, group cleansing and offering a field (which is neglectable, I agree).

The glyph takes a second to cast(heal skill), the seed takes a second to appear and then it needs some time to bloom. Isn’t that a little bit long?

EDIT: Glyphs are either instant or 0.5 seconds, I was not in game last night so i took info from gw2skills which isn’t up to date yet.
still, 2 seconds to get a cleanse going is too long.

I would much prefer if they reduced the cast time, kept the bloom time, and made the radius significantly larger—say, 300, so that people can dodge and move within the bloom’s radius while avoiding AoEs. As-is, people tend to leave the bloom before it bursts due to enemy attacks. I like the combo potential with the light field—it’s been great for condition cleansing in organized groups.

On an aesthetic note, I would prefer if the bloom was more…visually appealing. It looks very reminiscent of Mordrem pustules at the moment.

I dunno why they don’t just make the heal and condi removal happen as soon as it is triggered, then just do the animation. It would take literally a cut and paste of the existing code to place it before the animation even begins.

Its delayed as a balance to survival skills I’m sure. It is after all a spam ground targeted aoe condi cleanse/minor heal. I think it should stay delayed. If invested in Healing Power can this skill allow someone to face tank? wiki says its 500(.5).
