spirits triggers?
Yes, and yes. You are correct.
Okay. One more question. How often are the buffs applied on allies?
Like if i place a spirit of sun (the one that applies burning) and i have 50people running trough the spirit will they all get "Enchanted"by the spirit and gett a chance to apply burning?
As in how often does the spirit pulse its buff on peopke around?
I may not be 100% correct on this, but I believe it’s an individual ICD per each team member. So each member has a 75% chance on each attack to proc an “enchanted” hit, and once they do, that individual gets an ICD.

No your spirit is pulsing its buff every 3 seconds to 5 players. The buff stays like 6 seconds so theoretically the maximum amount of people you can buff is 10 players. Though the spirit will prioritize people in your party/subgroup, then the closest player. So if you are in a party/subgroup the total amount of players will be lower.
I find it amazing that Anet still keep skill/traits that have both ICD and chance to trigger. Should we expect that something that have 75% chance to trigger on a 10 second ICD have the value of something that have 100% to trigger on a 12.5 second CD?
Can’t help but laugh at these kind of things… Logically they should put one of the restriction, both is ridiculous.

Indeed. Question is though, will the ICD trigger even when the effect fails to trigger?
