Like my suggestions for sword skill 2 this is aimed to make serpent’s strike flow better with other skills and allow for quicker damage output.

Serpent’s Strike is a good evade that has a long aftercast and a strange pathing where you slowly role to the side of your target and slowly stab him (you are not under evade frames while stabbing). It is all way to slow and awkward and it only hits 1 target.

So i propose to change it so that it dashes your character forward while evading attacks, striking and poisoning foes you go through:
dash forwards with the agility of a serpent while evading attacks and striking foes you dash through, inflicting them with poison [you move ~300 distance forwards, strike up to 3 foes, inflict the same poison amount and duration as now, and evade for 3/4 sec instantly when you activate the skill up until the end of the animation with a small aftercast for when the animation ends where you are vulnerable, but the aftercast needs to be way shorter than what the current skill has]. Also it could use a small damage boost as it currently deals the same damage as the final hit of the sword auto attack chain.

The animation for it could look similar to the daredevils dash trait (when the dd is dashing forwards) or the elementalists burning speed, with the addition of some sword twirls while dashing. Also keep the spirit snake animation that follows the ranger and bites as the attack finishes, this is the best part of the skill by far

This change would make this skill a mini gap closer (making up for the leap range you loose if my other sword change would to go through), and make it way faster and more intuitive to use as well as give sword some more cleave.

see no evil ,until i stab you

Actually a good suggestion, although i would miss the old animation this could work quiet well. An animation similar to the berserker axe f1. Just with a snake animation and the mini AoE hits all enemies behind and poisons them. And add a leap finisher.

I also read your suggestion for monarchs leap and hornet sting.
But i would just remove the aftercast a little bit and would keep it as it is.
