Guild Wars 2

I play some tPvP with my ranger now with this build but I just cannot decide which melee weapon I should use.
I love the greatsword and don’t like the sword, but when I take sword I can equip a warhorn which gives me haste and helps me to get from one point to another fast.
With greatsword I could fight much better but it makes me slow.
What to do?
I’m not in an organized group with someone who would give me speed buff regularly.

Well if you take the 1h sword I would recommend the dagger first or the axe second. WH just isn’t strong enough for 1v1s. WH 4 being relatively useless is pretty harsh, and WH five’s only real combat value is the blast finisher. Especially running SotF AND RaO you will never not have fury up. You can make up for the speed loss by using sword 2.

GS is also totally viable and easy to use for movement.

If you’re holding points solo I recommend the GS, if you’re mostly team fight I recommend s/d or s/a.

Just a quick question: Is longbow/shortbow viable in PvP?
