Well , it has become obvious enough for everyone that the Shortbow ate a blanket nerf . I could live with that if this was only the first step towards making the weapon an interesting and dynamic choice , a real skirmishing weapon if you will . An increase in utility if you will .

So, what would make the weapon be cool and reliable again ?

The simple route – Reduced cooldowns by default

With reduced cooldowns this weapon would become a real short range skirmishing , mobility and utility weapon whilst making you true to the supposed design

What 2 and 4 were on a 7 second cooldown and 5 was on a 20 second one ?? What if 3 was on a 5 second cooldown ?? /random numbers/

Would that make the weapon interesting ??

I wouldn’t say no cause I’m using it anyway, one thing I desperatly want with a bow though (any bow) would be to have an ability that actually was melee I want the animation to be you whacking someone in the head with the bow itself, some utility like knackdown or something, kinda like the warrior rifle knockback thing or something more kungfu agile like a roundhousekick followed by a whack in the head, kick would daze whack would knockback that would be awesome

After messing around for a while, I am not so sure SB range nerf is end of the world. Just need a new gap closer now—GS leap or PoS pull, something.

I would like to see a small buff on the 1-skill damage output though.
