what makes druid so good?
Situation-ally permanent swiftness does it for me, I’m not sure I can last 3 weeks without it after using that trait on my roaming condi Ranger.
That and the condition removal from Celestial Form is brilliant.
I guess I can see that. I like herald because it has permanent swiftness… same with engi
Only played 1 night of PVP, but it’s all about Natural Stride and Ancient Seeds for me…loving it so far.
Tried the staff build last night and found myself rarely using it, so am going to try this Daze/Immob/Cripple build tonight:
I thought I like it at the first 5 hours of pvp. but then again the longer I play with high ranked players the more I realize how easy it is to get killed and that all my offensive are nothing. Druid the healer is garbage where only possibility of being wanted is minimal and players who rolled for DPS never really want to play as a support. there are skills that looks fun but after hours of playing, you will realize that its all just a joke. Berserkers are OP and Herald comes next, then Scrapper, Reaper, Tempest, Dragon hunter, Dare devil and then Ranger. we are once again worthless. best build can be done with Druid as dps is condi and build up 25 bleeds. but if they have cleanse which is 90% of the time then you will end up running around like a clown not being able to do anything and your Astral form is the biggest garbage in pvp history. those who are saying healing full support in pvp are good? lol those are nubs who have no idea that they only needed to be cc’ed twice and players will be killing them in an instant specially Herald that can drop em but not as fast as Berserkers. and that is because Astral form does not have stability and this is intended to never make us op.
GS/Staff will probably become a good setup for both roaming PvE and harder stuff like fractals and raids. GS will still deal some dmg while providing support through Glyphs and traits, while swapping to Staff gives you that extra healing that might be needed to keep the group alive. It also provided you with a decent range to stay alive during bossfights.
As I usually roam through PvE on my own, I will probably run with a bleeding Shortbow setup with survival utilities, using Staff as a backup when I need a little more healing, 1200 range or for when I’m just feeling like supporting others.

Don’t know if I can take this post seriously because berserker is extremely meh and you didn’t pit chronomancer on there which is probably the best spec in pvp right now
I been running Cleric in SPVP with staff. I been dominant force in SPvP. My heals make me a great source of defense as well as offense. If teams dont adjust to my presence, its over for them.
DRUID IS META…. staff is bombing. Need buff to Wasp and thats it.
would like a immobilization removal on Staff 3. But not needed.
