Ok, so I was hoping this would get fixed, however still an issue. A wall, or any other decent obstacle will cause Vengeful Hammers to have their hammers destroyed (though the skill will keep going, just not hitting anything). It will also cause Unrelenting Assault to fail as well.

C’mon Roy, I know you can fix this!

It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Interesting thing is that this is not new at all with this engine, so why did they design two skills which do not play well at all with pebbles in the way or changes in height.

there are TONS of issues like this with rev especially with coalescence of ruin. Last night I used unrelenting assault against a mob near a boat during the taidha fight and ending up inside the wall and then got kicked out of her village back to the gate. moments later I crash lol I know that a lot of revenant skills are based on their new technology but there is still a ways to go in terms of polish. over all I am LOVING revenant and definitely shifting mains from ele

This +10000 also the underwater skills, only shiro and mallyx (not even glint!?). Besides that i love rev.

You’d honestly think that glint would be the easiest to implement…

I find that hammer really needs some help when it comes to height adjustment too. Coalescence of Ruin and Phase Smash are both very hard to land properly if enemies are above or below you (this goes for Phase Smash much more than for CoR). Perhaps most annoying is the fact that Phase Smash’s target can be placed just fine, only to have the spell explode in mid-air.

As an aside, I’ve also had mobs aggro on me when targeted by these spells without delivering damage. As an example: I use Coalescence of Ruin on a bandit up the hill. The animation clips into the ground halfway up, dealing no damage nor indicating a hit. Before I can use another skill, the bandit turns around and charges.

It doesn’t happen every time, but often enough for me to notice.
