Hello,

So I have about 11 hours played on the Revenant and would like to point out couple things if Devs are interested in feedback. I don’t discuss numbers.

1. Ventari & Staff:

- Auto attack could spread the healing orbs in bigger radius or near allies’ position and the Ventari Staff trait should give 2s of boons on pick up. Currently healing orbs are very hard to pick up for allies, because they spawn in really close range to the target. Increasing significance of each orb is good thing and spawning them closer to allies would fix all problems with auto attack.

- #2 Staff – While the Weakness is nice, I think that the first part of the skill could do something more. More damage, daze or Boon to allies, like Protection.

-#4 Staff – Would like to see Blast Finisher on this one.

- Tablet – Increase the radius of it by 120, but keep the Projectile dome to 240. Tablet is extremaly hard to use without very coordinated team and in PvP my heal misses to often, especially in Stronghold. Ventari #8 could use some HoT (healing-over-time) bound to that. Not necessarily Regeneration, but it could spawn some short-duration Water Field for example. #9 doesn’t need a cast time.

Ventari Elite – The CC works against Momentary Pacification. You could remove the knockback and add it to #7 on spawning the projectile reflection (so it’s useful also in fights with no projectiles), acting like Guardian Shield #5.

It lacks some “cool stuff” in my eyes, compared to Jalis and Mallyx elites. What about giving allies couple moments of Protective Spirit effect (GW1), effect similar to AoE “Defiant Stance” of Warrior or some unique means of support.

- Every Fragment or Orb should apply effect in AoE. Eliminates “he stole my healz!”.

- Very important! – Currently Healing Orbs and Fragments are hardly visible in anything more than 2v2. Maybe add some obvious marks above each Fragment, like big “+”, so it’s more intuitive for people.

Overall, I liked Ventari, however each skill on both Staff and Tablet feel very separated. They’re good on their own, but lack some cool combinations. I’m still biased and would love Revenant being very much like Ritualist in terms of support, but it lacks that “something”.

2. Mallyx and Mace/Axe

- First thing, this was my favourite legend. Mallyx has strong theme and feels right. I would like to see more “insanity” theme when fighting it, though.

- It’s most glaring issue is lack of good condition removal. While Resistance is cool and Pain Absorbtion is beast in teamfights, it falls short to any means of boon removal. Some full condi removal would be neat.

- Embrace the Darkness should copy whole condition stacks for regular duration.

- Banish Enchantment – Wild idea, but this skill could bounce.

- Unyielding Anguish – absolutely astonishing. Lacks some better synergy with Mace/Axe, though. Some Ranged attack when you stand in it would do the job.
Another Wild idea – it could act like Creep spawned by Zagara in Heroes of the Storm, regenerating Mallyx and replenishing Energy whenever foe is displaced.

- Mace/Axe – Personally, I’d like to see Bleeding somewhere. #2 skill feels a little clunky because of the cast time and lack of damage for the effort. I’m not here for number balancing and you already know that they have to be tuned from other threads.

3. Jalis and Hammer

Hammer was probably my least favourite weapon. #2 scales good with Power, though. Not a fan of #3 and #5. This weapon is a weird beast, being Ranged with Legend being Melee.

- Taunt should be unblockable and has cast time reduced. For it’s heavy cost, I can’t really make good use of that.

- Hammers – I think they’re a bit too low on damage and have too big upkeep cost for the effect.

- Elite – Reduce the cast time. It’s crazy good in teamfights, though!

4. Traitlines:

Corruption

-Frigid Precision – doesn’t feel worth Master slot.

-Diabolic Inferno – I think that it should pulse every second or apply more burning stacks.

-Maniacal Persistence – 2% is quite low as for GM. Couple more % per second would make it good.

Salvation

- In short – this traitline needs more love. I haven’t played enough to point out things. Not sure what to fix, but it’s quite boring.

Invocation

One thing – great job on minors! That’s how minors should look like. First minor culd get ICD lowered a bit.

Retribution

Revenant could use more Retaliation to work with GM.

General

Cooldown on heals is too long. Revenant should get some means of quicker Energy recovery when playing each Legend properly, i.e. bonus energy when your orb/fragment gets picked on Ventari, more Energy Regen on Mallyx when overloaded with conditions etc.
