Effectiveness Increased: 100%

So does this mean if I have 30% crit chance, this trait makes it 60% under Fury? (+100% of 30%). Or does it give me straight 100% crit chance?

I’m trying to gear our my Revenant for WvW and wonder if I can just skim on the Precision and focus on Power/Ferocity & a mix of Toughness/Vitality.

it means fury now gives you 40% increase to crit-chance instead of 20% it would normally give you

so it increases the effectiveness of fury

For solo play, but most people suggest trying to get to around 50 or maybe even a bit less depending on how likely you are to be with a Ranger using Spotter and/or a Warrior with Banner of Discipline.
